| Quality is key to any business, Region Clean
Services has adopted a proactive approach to quality. We ensure
that all staff are interviewed and vetted to ensure they meet
the quality standards specified prior to working on site.
Our staff are required to complete an application form and
are interviewed by a senior member of staff. They are also
required to provide relevant documentation such as references.
We ensure that members of our Management Team are invited
to participate in our training programme offering either NVQ
or Bics Level training courses for industrial and commercial
cleaning.
All our Contract Managers provide on site and on-going training
for all our contracts, this is done on a one-to-one basis
and within groups. Specification training is programmed at
the start of each new contract.

As part of our ongoing quality control we have implemented
wide-ranging Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). It
is from these KPI’s that we measure our service levels
and performance.
